Game Server Reselling?

Ok, this server thing is a tight idea i was just wondering if you could set up some sort of account with
the site like you sell servers so you can put money towards getting one yourself..because i have no
credit card and no paypal..but if so that would be cool if not thx anyways

ok, so.. i dont need paypal or a credit card if you guys will keep track of the money ive earned and i can get a server from you with that earned money?

Sorry for my nubness i just want a server and willing to work for it bt im without a credit card/paypal
so unless i can somehow work through yall i have no way of it

The affiliate program requires a paypal account. Paypal accounts are very easy to get. There is no alternative - you MUST have a Paypal account.

Ask your parents to let you use their paypal or credit card. Remember, I said ASK them, don't go stealing your parents cards.

Alternatively, if your affiliate account gets to the level that you can purchase a server, I'm sure Counter-Strike.com will help you apply that toward a server. Just start referring people for servers and once you've accumulated enough in your account, email the sales department and ask them to apply it toward a server for you.
