Yes, you can upgrade anytime, however you'll have to pay the difference. It will be made at the end of the billing cycle unless you and CS.com make arrangements before then. Once you buy a server you can edit anything by posting a support ticket from your user control panel. The employees will answer is asap and will work with you to make you as happy as possible.
