Hi guys,
I have a questions about counter-strike servers?

1) What does Subusers mean?

Subusers means people who you want to give certain access to your server's CPanel to but they'd have their separate Control Panel with whatever "permissions" (remember to set that) you want to give them. It's much more secure for you since that way, they wouldn't get access to your Support Tickets or your personal data.

Hope you were able to understand and if not, please let me know so I can try to put it in different terms.

You can still set them to have full or some access to your information. Tehy will never get billing or personal info though. You can set them to have ftp access, support, restart and stop server, install mods/maps, reinstall, & update. Maybe more options. Good way to keep your server going if you have to leave town for a trip or your internet goes down.
