What's the IP?
For future reference, they do not give support over these forums. The best way to contact them is by opening a support ticket from your Control Panel once you are logged into the site. Also, if you "just" bought it, it takes a few minutes to set up (especially at the time you made it - 4:12 am EST - eek). Once it's completely set up, they send you an email to let you know.

Filter yours correctly. There are thousands of CS servers. There's no way you'll be able to see it without filtering it correctly (map, ping, name). The point is in making your server unique and appealing for people to play in (good map so when they search for a certain map, it'll appear on their filtered list, etc).
If that's what your problem was, CS.com has nothing to do with it because CS.com can't control how people have their filters. The only thing they do is provide your server.
