I wrote them a support ticket to tell them they had that error in the system one time (I know, very honest of me ) and they told me that using the coupon to pay annually, it would charge you 50 percent off that year and then there would be another charge on the credit card for the rest of the amount.

You would not get 50% off a FULL year, you would only get 50% off the 1 month and the rest of the months the full amount (minus the 10% off for the annual charge).

But yes, you should be able use the coupon to pay annually. Expect 2 different charges on the credit card amounting to the correct amount.

Unfortunately you will not receive any other discounts if you use the Halloween coupon. This was the same scenario with the Summer coupon. If you use the Halloween coupon to sign up and select annual pay cycle, you will be downgraded to the monthly billing cycle and the annual payment will act as a credit paying the monthly dues until it's been used. This will result in a sooner than annual payment being charged.
