Fast Download
Hey I have a 32 slot Public server already, but I need to know how to get the fast download thing. I downloaded SourceRSC (another thread said this is useful) but I don't know how to use it. What do I need to do to complete fast download stuff?

You'll need a web host, not a free one. You'll have to get a host that will open ports or sell you a dedicated ip. GoDaddy will NOT open ports so using them is worthless. I use BlueHost and have been very happy, fast support and low prices.

No one has bought admin on my server, so that means no cash. I have no cash to spend atm. If I could, can people join my server please? Ip is:
