I can't seem to delete this post... Oh well....
type cs sprays in google and hit the first link, looked for the detailed guide there. Lots of counter-strike sprays there also gl and happy spraying.

A Vac ban cannot be promoted by a server admin. And VAC bans only happen if you were involved in a cheating infraction, you can change your name to "IhacklotsandIhavemayonaisseonmyheadandIhave1000ha cks" And you still wouldn't get banned. Don't worry if someone in a server says something like "I'll get you banned from vac" Because it's impossible for them to do that. Steam bans are promoted by STEAM STAFF. Not server admins.
So go ahead, make whatever tag you want... Also if you have something bad in your spray, you can be banned from a league so change it before entering (Porn, Bad words, A solid color to camo with)
