Default Slow learner joining

I've been trying to polish my skills using my own server and playing against bots of various skill levels. Now when I try to go to real servers to play with/against other humans, I'm getting kicked with an error about my STEAM ID. What's up with that?

wow u need to play against bots for while be4 online but u can just go online but u will prob get owned tons so just prac use ur team and stuff and just try to no all the maps inside out and ull get there in like a year or 2
