ok i have it set up... its for CS 1.6 on LAN. Sometimes my friends set up the server on LAN and I want to be admin too... I want to make my username like ADMIN and password abc123. What do I have to add to the user.ini and how do i login? amx_password doesnt work. I have it set up as

"ADMIN" "abc123" "abcedf..."

Since its on LAN our IP's change a lot so I want to make it that I have to login to be admin with password. When I am the client and not admin I cannot find out how you login. amx_password odesn't work. THe VALVE Loopback admin.. who is that ? is that just the person who starts the server? I wanna make it so the person who's the starter of the server can get slapped/slayed as well. Basiclly I want to be like the client and change myself into admin via user/pass without the starter of the server (admin) having to do it.

You add -dll addons/metamod/dlls/metamod.dll at the bottom of the config file. You can make a server.cfg from the following site: http://www.cstrike-planet.com/cfgmaker?cfg=srcds
