hey i went to take a look before go to bed and saw that i have no "property" such as Func_detail.. i have func_door and func_door rotating... .... how is that possible? is there new fgc files? i'm mapping for cs 1.6....... i'll see waths about this... cause this is not done.. it was just a test.. and for more testing i would need to do that func_detail....

Well IDK about 1.6, I do CS:S. I'll have to see what it is for 1.6, check the Steam forums in the editing section towards the bottom of their site.

IIRC, 1.6 and Condition Zero are both based on the old Quake/HL1 tech, and believe it or not, Source is really not that much different in terms of building a map, just a touch fancier. It's still based on brushes and entities, and still shares some limitations such as brushes in a certain area, and how one can utilize entities at the same token.

i didnt get you point..
but one thing.. if is simillar, uses entities and so... doesnt it need the fgc files? and couldnt i get some of it to have this Func_detail avalable???

It might be called something different. When I hit ctrl + t it is what the screen comes set to. So try setting the brush to what your screen comes up with, unless it's obviously not right.

when i hit that it appears me to func_wall ... .. i once read about func_wall when i started mapping but it was a long ago.. do you think that it would do the same? ...
