Need Help With Hammer

hi i'm a total n o o b with map making. i catch on quickly with things so please help me.

i have hammer v3.4 downloaded onto my computer, but i can't find a current link to WALLY.

When i try to make a new map, i get an error saying:
"No textures are available for use with that game. You must set them up in the Textures tab of the Options dialog box before you can edit maps for this game."

I don't have any textures, (anybody know where i can get some, or the link to WALLY?) but this is what i have for game configurations:
Configuration:
Counter-Strike: Source

Game Data Files:


Texture Format: Map Type:
WAD3 (HalfLife/TFC) Halflife/TFC

Everything else is blank.

PLEASE I NEED MAJOR HELP. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE WHAT I AM DOING. PLEASE HELP ME.

Ok Ok calm down lol

I had this same problem with hammer when I first used it.
You have to set up the whole hammer program before you can use it, I haven't used hammer in a while, but I know there is an official VALVE hammer setup guide, just google 'hammer', and keep looking.
