NEED HELP ON CS:Source MAPS!!!

Can somebody PLEASE tell me how to download new maps for Counter-Strike: Source, Especially I am interested in 2 maps. Mansion and any Rats. I downloaded mansion from this website, then i extracted it into my Steam folder, but it dont work. NEED HELP!!! Any help will be appreciated. THANK YOU

If you're trying to download a map that a certain server is playing, it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to download the exact version. It needs to go in the correct folder in your cs directory and must contain all the files. Generally clients download maps from the server.

Maps.Counter-Strike.com - Counter-Strike Maps for 1.6, Source and Condition Zero. is more useful for server owners trying to find maps for their own servers.

No, I want to download the map to play with bots. But I would also like if some server have Mansion. Hey, but what if other servers have that map and people who have that map can SEE these servers and join them. But I dont have this map, so I cant see servers with that map. Does it work like this? (I just got the game, and I just registered, so i dont know much about it)

Yeah, try downloading the maps you need from Maps.Counter-Strike.com - Counter-Strike Maps for 1.6, Source and Condition Zero. You'll have to learn how to run a listen server though before you can play on those maps.

Ok, so I downloaded the map I want- sc_mansion. It saved to my computer as Zipped file. So what do I do next to add this map to my Game. Ok, I extract the file right? To where? To which folder.?

Extract it in your cs:s diretory then maps.
