Very cool new release, in case you haven't seen it:

Maps.Counter-Strike.com - Counter-Strike Maps for 1.6, Source and Condition Zero.

Now people just need to upload maps, post comments, etc. It can kick the ass of all those other maps sites because it allows users to upload fresh new maps.
