What progies Do I nedd to make and modify maps in cs source

Download SDK through steam, it has all the programs you will need to make a map. (The only extra programs you might need are like photoshop, or any other image editing program to make textures for the map... and perhaps some programs to edit sounds... but its not required, theres plenty of existing one you can use
