how do i setup hammer?

hey guys, well i want to start making maps and well i don't know how to setup hammer, i cant find the fgd file for cs Soruce and waht else do i need to get to start mapmaking?

ok this is a bump and more news, well ive found the fgd file, i just need to find the textures for css, ive sreached my hdd and found 0 files ending with .wad and .pak i realy want to make maps but i cant as it keeps asking for these files

well hammer should already be setup and all u need to do and just click ok but if it isnt go to youtube.com and search "css hammer setup" there should be something
