I'll thinked to make an new map who everyone can join and i just dunno how to make an mp and i want to make an map and make it public so if ya want to help me to make an map it will be grateful

Im assuming since you said you dont know how to make a map, your first step is going to be downloading hammer, (If your making a source map, download the SDK via steam, hammer is included)

Open steam, then click the "tools" tab, then right click "Source SDK" then click "Install Game" even tho it isn't a game

I beleive the SDK only works with half life 2 or its mods. Unless im mistaken it will not work with the origional half life series. (but i could be, never tried to use it with the origional
