Help with Hammer

This is my first post, so ill start off by saying hello to the existing members and admins

I recently bought CS:CZ and decided to make a mission pack for it. I had made a few simple maps b4 on worldcraft way back in the day, so I figured I would make a few maps for my missions, so I downloaded Hammer 3.4 and quickly got stuck :/ So I downloaded a load of map packs and custom maps and used them instead, one of them being de_rapidtransit which is a gr8 map, only the bots seem to get stuck on the train tracks and cant get out (damn bots), so I redoubled my efforts and had a go at decompiling the map and trying to add a ramp out of the train tracks. But in trying to setup Hammer 3.4 it asks where the HL and CS:CZ executables are, well there arent any cos its all within steam now. In the end I managed to fob it off with some rubbish but when I load de_rapidtransit into it and I do a check for errors it comes up with about 50 errors, even when I havent touched the map :@

It must be the way I have set Hammer up, but I dont see anything else I can do and have been reading everything I can and pulling my hair out now for the last 3 days. I dont suppose theres any helpful person out there that could help a Hammer **** like me out is there?
