Hammer comes with all the compilers you need. i suggest you read the manual on setting up hammer and making it run in HL/CS. (or any othet HL based game)

Basicly, Press F9 and you'll see the compile window.
Paramaters: "-game cstrike +deathmatch 1"
Vis: normal
Qrad: normal/extra
BSP: normal
CSG: normal

if you have hammer setup ok, just compile it and it will start CS with the map you just compiled.

Check the manual for setting up Hammer with HL.

you make the 1st part of the creation , you build it with hammer but you always need finish your work by a compilation ... by the way....you better compile more then one time ... to set the bug ... light and all stuff like that cause it's the way to see what your map really done with the engin, don't try to go too fast
