I just uploaded this map to my server and for whatever reason I can't figure out. Everything on the map looks like this...

What type of textures did you use, and did you make sure you checked if func_detail was activated? Look that over, and then come back with more detailed info.

I may have uploaded the textures that game with the map to the wrong directory. Which directory should I have uploaded them to?
