Here's the thing, you should have a server.cfg. If you don't then HLDS didn't load it. You may need run HLDS once before all the files are present before you can load Mani-Admin or any other mod. It will load like all the other mods, coping the game content from the saved files from when it downloaded. The link isn't really needed.

and all you need to put in the server.cfg is a few base commands:

hostname "xxx"
rcon_password "xxx"
mp_friendlyfire "1/0"
sv_lan 0

and whatever miscellaneous commands you want

Every time i add this in metaplugins.ini : addons/mani_admin_plugin/bin/mani_admin_plugin_mm

my source dedicated server doesnt start what do i do?
and in cstrike/cfg i hace mani_server.cfg no server.cfg

Well you need both.

I'm going to save some time here for everyone. Here is a .rar file of a server.cfg file. You will have to config it to your needs.
