You can access the CS.com server control panel here. You can then reset the server through that.

the name and password is the same as what u made them when u bought the server, and yes u do need to buy a server to access the control panel

Why is it everyone thinks they get a control panel from a SERVER HOST THEY DIDN'T RENT A SERVER FROM? Did common sense just like go down the drain? Would you expect to get an employee discount from a store you don't work at? NO! So why do people think that a server host will give them a control panel for their lan server? And why would you need one anyways, you have one, it's called the HLDS control panel. You can control everything there and in game. If not, try HLSW, there's your free control panel. [/rant]
