How can I prevent CS:S to prevent kicking me when I am spec for 10 min or so. Is this in Mani or a default server command?

Yeah i find that quite annoying, kicking an admin for being AFK (at least it thinks they are AFK)

Does anyone know if there is like a Admin kick protection thing?

It is in your "mani_server.cfg" file. The command is:

mani_afk_kicker_immunity_to_spec_only 0

Set this to 1, that will prevent anyone with the immunity tag "k" from being kicked.
