Exec command at round start

Hi there, im new to this forum, or, i have been using this site for a loong time. I just thought that i should make a forum account now after some time.

What i need help with is how do i make the server execute a command, lets say ma_givecash STEAM_0:0:000000 16000 at the beginning of each round??

Im not complete newb at server administration, i just mainly need to know what file to put it in, what file thats executed at the start of each round.

The server uses Mani Admin mod/plugin
