Per round admin skin change

I'm looking for a way to have either mani mod or sourcemod to set a command or execute a file with commands listed at the start or each round. this is due to the fact that each admin on my server has to ma_setskin just to get there admin skin on and its annoying. So i would like to set the commands for each admin to be skinned at the start of each round so they won't have to worry about it.

Does anyone have a suggestion to fix this problem?

Yes i've told mani mod to allow admins to use the skin and to force it but mani just wont set it per round.

hmm. thats weird. when i had skins, a skin chooser would open when the admin would join the server, they would select a skin, and it would stay until they left or the map changed

Well yea but i'm working on finding away to change EVERYONES skin forcefully to certain skin that goes for admins and public users so no public user can use there default client skin or the admins
