CLIENT_ADMIN help. All admins have access.

I have 3 admin groups set on my server for mani admin. Myself being unrestricted, I did not notice untill a few weeks ago that EVERY ADMIN on my server has MANI MENU access to CLIENT_ADMIN. Counter-strike.com's server has a nice little web interface for setting admin flags, but nowhere is there a button for CLIENT_ADMIN.

I have used it myself ingame to remove the client_admin flag, but it reverts on map change/server reset.

Mani's site is down, and looks like it has been/will be for a bit. There is no news on it.

I dug through the server files via ftp and found

"ADMINLISTINSTRUCTIONS.TXT"

It lists all the flags, and how to use them, but no where is "Client_admin" listed.

However, I do notice breaks in the alphabet where there are letters missing.

My question than after that supporting information:

What/how would I make sure that NONE of my admin groups have access to "CLIENT_ADMIN" via mani's ingame menu? Is there a flag that is just not listed?

I am using the default version of mani that came autoloaded on the server, so If I was to guess, it would be 1.2 with metamod. I have loaded Mattie's eventscripts as well for a few effects.

Reverse admin flags has resolved this issue, however, the admin say is not working

"@ <text>" does not work
"@@ <NAME><text>" Does work
"@@@ <TEXT>" works as well.

Any ideas on how to fix this now?
