Error Loading Server when Mani Enabled

K, I know you all hear this several times, I'm new at being a server administrator. I'm having problems loading the MetaMod: Source version of the Mani Admin Plugin using the windows version of Source Dedicated server tool through steam. I have MetaMod setup correctly with no issues and am also running the Zombie Horde 1.1 MetaMod: Source Plugin which works flawlessly and is recognized in the Meta List. However, upon reviewing mani-admin-plugin.com, it says to put /addons/mani_admin_plugin/bin/mani_admin_plugin_mm in the metaplugins.ini file, which I did. However, when i review meta list, it shows this:

I read that using / instead of \ is only for rented servers. So, I tried entering \addons\mani_admin_plugin\bin\mani_admin_plugin_mm and when I try to load srcds with steam I receive the following error:

Click on OK to Terminate the Program

I have in the mani_admin_plugin_mm.dll file in the \addons\mani_admin_plugin\bin\ folder and did not setup the CreateVDF.exe file because I want to use MetaMod Version. What am I doing wrong???? Help would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE.... Now, for some reason, when I have addons/mani_admin_plugin/bin/mani_admin_plugin_mm in the metaplugins.ini, Source Dedicated server will not launch!!! Now, it will load until I hit start server then dissapear???? any thoughts on how to get Mani working for me??

Oh Snap! I just found out that the new version has bugs with windows srcds. Apparently, if you download the 1.2 beta O version, it works. ******www***.mani-admin-plugin.com/mani_admin_plugin/v1_2_beta_o/mani_admin_plugin_v1_2_beta_o.zip***** I dont understand why I cannot post links, its so frustrating!! o.O

yes. it depends on what version of manimod you are using. as far as i know, betaO works the best.
