Welcome Message on Server
Hi, I would like to know how to add a welcome message to my server.
I was wondering if it was possible that, upon connecting, a message would show on the bottom of the screen for the player like "Welcome (playername), type !menu to get started!" If anyone could guide me in the right direction, I would be grateful. Thank you and have a nice day. Merry xmas also. |

This would require Eventscripts. Just follow this link: View Forum - EventScripts - Script Addons - Mattie.Info Source Forums
They have all different sorts of plugins to help you do that. |

I have resolved my problems using the script called readrules. I would link it but I need 10 posts. I would suggest going to mattie.info and click scripts to the left and search for readrules.
It forces people who want to play on your server to agree to the rules before they play. I hope this helps somebody. |
