Mani Help Please!!

1. I need help with my MOTD. I dont know how to configure it, i dont know where the file is in the ftp, or if there even is one. I wanna add a pic in there too.

2. I need help with quake sounds! no idea how to work them.

3. Whenever im in my server, and I type like this " @ blahblah ", it doesnt say (admin): blah blah, it says

(TO ADMIN): blahblah. dont know whats up with that.


as you can tell, im really new to the admin scene, this is my first time running my own clan. help would be more than appreciated

hey, well if it says (TO ADMIN) blahahahaha - it means that your not admin
it means your just a player talking to admin so you need to add your steam id to admin.

1. The motd.txt file is located in /cstrike/motd.txt -- upload a picture to your web space and just insert a link there. Thats the easy way. Basic to advanced HTML can be used in the motd.txt -- I've even used style sheets.

2. Download the Quake sound pack from Mani, upload everything in the .rar file. Open mani_quake_sounds.cfg and change the values to suit your needs.

3. Like the guy above me said, you're not an admin. Add yourself and that probably will go away

go to cstrike/cfg/mani_admin_plugin and there should be a txt file named adminlist.txt edit it and it will show you how to add your steam id to admin. GL with that even though i cant get mani admin working on my dedicated server lol but i do run a server lol
