about crashing when started the css with admin plugin

ok hi every body its my first time here .ive known this website from before but didnt make an account.i download all my maps from here .reading some faqs .its been useful for me here.

so i just have a one problem.i did everything for mani and installed it as they said .when i finished everything then i opened my css to play .but it crashed at me and went out.

just give me a reason why that happened and the solution.also am doing mani on listen server.

i have a forum to help ppl in this kind of setuation and other problems.in a web site called source didicated server.

is it a dedicated server?? mani admin plugin 1.2r don't work in source dedicated server's if u make it and start server same will happen that happen to me even :P so use other version
