2. Download the VDF creator.

3. Extract both to desktop.

7. Upload the 4 folders into your server FTP (Usually given to you by your host.)

Ok, These are the lines I got problems with...

first of all, What is a VDF Creator? (tell me where to get please?)
Sec of all, what does he mean by extract both to desktop?...
last but not least: what 4 folders? and what is a server FTP? (and how do i get it?)

PLEASE HELP BECAUSE I"VE BEEN TRYING TO MAKE THIS SERVER FOR SOOO LONG NOW AND ITS GETTING IRRITATING.... =)

(when i got everything fixed you'll receive rcon admin on my server! only when you answer all questions and it works.)

Just so it looks like I'm not ignoring this.. they also PM'd me and are now using that method to help with this problem..
