I'm having a little bit of trouble...

Hi there, I'm having some trouble with a couple of thigs with the Mani Admin Plugin. Firts of all, rank, rockthevote, votekick, etc. don't seem to be working.
Secondly, no text shows up, for example: I open up the admin controls, and select vote management, and select Nice Map? it just fades away. No vote anything comes up.
I am also having trouble with adverts. The adverts are not appearing. I understand that I need to go to the mani-admin .cfg file and change it to 1, is that correct?
Finally, I am also not able to set up custom question votes, I type the correct text, but it just dissappears, just like the votes.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
