How do you get Rock the vote to work & stuff?

Hey everyone this is my first post here

I just set up a counter strike source server there and I'm trying to get it off the ground. I am trying to get Rock the Vote to work but it wont work?

I have metamod, mani admin and zblock installed.
I use HLSW ans Smart FTP for adding the codes and what not.

I am looking to put rock the vote on the server.
I have gone to the mani admin website but what they said doesnt work.

How do you get ranking working too? Do you need to buy HLX stats or can you just use mani??

Can anyone help me out?

you have to edit your mani_server.cfg just go through the entire thing until you reach a voting section. its real easy to understand once u look at it, so go for it.
