How do i setup admin?

Hello, I dont understand how to setup the admin i got my steam id 12116103 and im now not sure what i got to do i know i have to do somthing in adminlist.txt

I'm guessing you will want to use Mani Mod (and since this thread is in that section), as it is a very user friendly interface and comes with most servers.
In your server control panel, there should be something that says "Game Mods." Where it says "Mod to Install," Find Mani Admin on the list, and click "Install." It should take a few minutes, and your host will probably send you an e-mail message telling you it has been completed.
Now what you have to do is go back to your server control panel and click "Mani Admin Editor." Select the "adminlist.txt" file. Click "New User" and type in your Steam Id (ex. STEAM_0:1:039489) and click "Save." Almost done! All you have to do now is return to your control panel and restart your server.
Once the server is restarted, connect to it. To access your admin options, go to the console and type "admin" without the quotes. In game, a menu should appear with everything you can do. To access this menu a bit quicker, type the following:

bind "key" admin
Of course, replace "key" with the key you would like to bind it to. For example:
bind = admin

That would bind the equals key. That way, you just press that key, and the admin menu pops up.

Granted, this thread was created weeks before you made your guide.

Bomb, if your server is hosted through counter-strike.com, on the main page of your server control panel, there is a link called "Mani Admin Editor" or something similar. If it is not hosted through counter-strike.com and you don't see the link in your control panel, you need to locate your adminlist.txt file through a "File Editor" or something like that (usually located in your "cstrike/cfg/mani_admin_plugin" directory and add your Steam ID to the list.
