Server messeges?

Hello. Im trying to set up server messeges that pop up in the upper right cornner of css when your playing in my server. how do i set that up? can anyone help me out?

ok. wat you wanna do, is download mani admin from here and install it to your server. then, in you server's cstrike directory, go to: cstrike\cfg\mani admin plugin\adverts.txt you will open up the adverts.txt file and start putting the messages that you want displayed in there, then save the file. then, go back to your cstrike\cfg folder and open the file mani_server.cfg then, you want to edit this file as well. open it, and in (i think the 1st line) there is a piece of code "mani_adverts 0" you want to change the 0 to a 1, and save the file. then, all you need to do, is change the map of your server, and your done
