when i pres ma_play 16 + it says file probably missing from disk depository (somthing like that) y ???

You have to have a sound listed in your admin menu in order to play it.

The sounds may be too big or not the specific sound quality that they need to be.

Have you tried playing them via the mani's GUI ? @menu ?

I'm having the same except problem.

It can not find my sound. THe file is 1045 kb, is that to big?
