HElP!!!!!can't add my self to a decated server!!

I added my self to the admin list I make a server...then well....nouthing happens i binded bind enter admin I go to my decated server then well.......nouthing happens this is what my admin list looks like... //

when you type in the command to bring up the admin menu in console does it say you don't have access? or does it just not register the command at all?

it says when i press enter (my binded key for admin menu) i go to console......unknowcommand "admin"

Did you add the correct lines to your server.cfg or autoexec.cfg that will start manimod when the server starts?

lol, we thats your problem. If you didn't add anything to the file then none of your mods will start. (Thats like expecting a car to run without keys).

Anyway you need to add this line

exec mani_server.cfg

to your server.cfg file, which should be either in the main directory of your counter-strike server, or in the cfg folder

how do i open this folder where can i find it?
