mani spawn protection

During a match, when CAL.cfg is on, or off, when someone shoots a team mate after round begins, they get slayed for it. I've tried everything I know to get this setting off, to no avail. Anyone here know how? I have the latest mani installed.

mani has a spawn protection to turn this off look in the mani_server.cfg for
mani_tk_spawn_time

or you could out
mani_tk_spawn_time 0 in a cfg that is run after mani_server

In the mani_server.cfg file located in your ftp at cstrike/cfg/mani_server
drag the mani_server.cfg to the desktop. open it up and find this area of the file and make sure these parameters are set to 0. Also in the cal.cfg file located in the sane place find these commands and make sure the parameters are 0.
