how do i get admin i was told if i buy a server i would get admin SOMEONE PLEESE TELL ME HOW TO MAKE MYSEKF ADMIN!!!!!!

DOWNLOAD mani mod from your csadmin panel. reach that by Counter-Strike.com | Counter-Strike Servers, Forums, Maps, Strategy and more! and login. then go to servers, then mods or somehting, and download it. then you gott amake yourself admin from there. ORRR.... you can make a steamticket or something and they will help you.

ya i tried that it says a path cannot be found and the "select a file" thing has nothing in it. plz som1 help me!!!
