cstrike/cfg/mani_admin_plugin/adminlist.txt

add their steam id, like this

Code:

STEAM_0:1:10667111 // MY FRIENDS NAME

to get their steam id, open console while they are in a game with you, type "status" w/out the quotes, and a list of all the people in the server will come up, with their steam id's next to their name
