Stuck on my server

So i finally fixed my self as admin on my own scrds server with mani admin. I were just trying some sounds and testing the quake sounds when i suddenly got stuck. I can't shoot, move, use the control panel or do anything at all rly. Any sugesstions are appreciated

What do you mean you can't use the control panel? By that, you mean you can't use the admin menu? Are you saying that your server cannot come back up? Please elaborate further so that we can help you.

try removing quake sounds and disabling mani mod. tell me what happens
