How do I start a custom Vote [IN GAME]

I was wondering how to start a vote in game without going into server settings, making a vote and restarting server.
IE I wan tot be playing then go to a menu and type my question and answer and click send or something and have

What do you want to play?
1Surf
2Gun Game
3Zombie

come up. I have seen people make their own polls so I was wondering how I did it. Thank you very much

Ma_votercon "Do you want to play X map next?" (then enter command here for nextmap)

yeah, lobe got it. also, for more help, type "ma_help" in console w/out the quotes. It will give you a s**t load of commands you can use as admin.
