im confused

hello im a new admin to a server that my friend created
but....
my friend doesnt know how to use admin powers
at least... not very well

so far all i can do is noclip
he gave me a couple other codes
like sv_friction 1
and rcon_timescale 3
but those dont even work
i was wondering is here something wrong with the codes or something wrong with my rcon passwword?

check your server.cfg file and make sure he gave you the right password.
but those are rcon commands
You really want mani mod or some other similar mod to install for commands like that.
To get mani mod installed either go to your server and hit game mods and select mani mod to install mani mod. Then what yo have to do is add all the admins steam id's
this is how
1./cstrike/cfg/mani_admin_plugin
then select adminlist.txt
put all steam ids for admins in here then you will be an admin
to get your steam id go INSIDE of a game and type status
its easier if its empty becuase then you dont have to look at everyone elses
copy and paste your id into that section
