i cannot get it to work.. it just says im not a admin... cant work it out. lolz.... bloody annoying..

did you add your steam id to the admin list?

when i put adminlist.txt in C:\Program Files\Valve\HLServer\cstrike\cfg\mani_admin_plugin (had to create it as it was not there) it renames it adminlist.txt.old ??????
