admins.txt or clients.txt?

What is the difference for using either file for adding admins? I see some guides saying to use admins.txt and other guides that say to use clients.txt, is it simply a version difference or does it matter?

In clients.txt, you can set groups, etc.

Pretty much, you can make it so people with your clans tag have admin, or people in a list of IPs/SIDs have admin, then set them to a group so you don't have to do individual lines.
