help with home server install

hello, im running a server from home...and its awsome..i downloaded the mani admin plugin..and installed it...its in C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\USERName\source dedicated server\cstrike
and the thing is...it doesnt work...like do i have to like manualy execute it or smthin?? cuz non of the cmds work..and i added my self as admin by ip and by userID ...so if anybody could help me out here..i would rlly appreciate it!! THX

You are running a dedicated server and then joining that aren't you?

If you're trying to run it by creating a game from the Counter-Strike menu then it won't work

well no..i am running the server of the steam tools...the Source Dedicted Server....and i figured it suppost to work..but it doesnt..then i thought maybe i did something wrong with the admin....so i just made a word filter...n that doesnt work either...so yeah if anybody could help me out..that would be great...

PS i am suppost to add all the folders like cfg, addons, etc inside the "cstrike" folder or in the main "source dedicated server" folder

Did you add the lines to start mani to the autoexec file?

Add

exec mani_server.cfg

to "server.cfg"

hmm i dont appear to have a server.cfg file... could anybody possibly donate their;s? that would be great!!! THX!
