Hi im the leader of a clan of friends in CS:S but we arent looking to join any of the large gaming sites like CAL and TWL are there any other smaller ones?

Cevo as well. If this is your first time in league play I would suggest checking out this site's strategy section or the site Counter Strike Strategy and Maps

Why don't you join the ladders on TWL instead of diving right into the leagues? The ladders are set up the same way and they have 3v3 through 8v8 and also a Gungame ladder which is pretty popular.
