CAL and TWL are great places to start. TWL has both a league and ladders. The ladders range from 2v2 - 8v8 and even a 3v3 Pistol and GunGame ladder. Your chances of receiving an FFW there is low though because everyone plays. CAL sometimes has way too many teams that just drop before the season really starts and you end up with FFW and sitting in your match servers wasting time ;p
