I wouldn't waste your time. IF you find any games, and IF you win the few you find, you MIGHT get some money. If you do get money, it will be like a dollar. It's basically gambling for CSS, and it's very unlikely you will win anything.

I can't speak about that site, but I do know about GetGosu Gaming's Tournaments

Getgosu is beta testing an online tournament video gaming hosting service, but one that allows for more freedom, flexibility and higher payouts than the other sites out there. GetGosu is being built by gamers that have played a combined total of god-knows-how-many hours.
