CS Tournament at San Diego

I'm really not sure whether this belongs here but I just wanted to get the word out that my committee and I are hosting a local san diego based tournament at Price Center Ballroom, UCSD. We want you to kindly show off your fragability here. Details:

The Counter-Strike Tournament at WinterGameFest 2007 is a live competition using Counter-Strike™, an action-oriented multiplayer computer game. The tournament will take place at PC Ballroom at UCSD on Saturday, March 10, 2007. The tournament is of a team format, consisting solely of team-versus-team matches. The teams compete for entry into the WGF Hall of Fame and also for prizes provided by EA™, nVidia® and Alienware Inc.

Prizes will be awarded to the team winning The Grand Finale and the MVP of the Tournament. The MVP is based on highest average k/d ratio per game and only team players who qualify to the Semi-Finals and The Grand Finale are eligible for MVP. Both winners will be entered into The WGF All Star Hall of Fame.

Location: 9500 Gilman Dr, La Jolla, CA - 92037
Registration ends : Friday, March 9, 2007 at 9pm.
Maximum Competitors : 16 - five member teams
