How do I signup with my team for CAL?

Hey can anybody tell me how can I sign up with me team for CAL-O Counterstrike 1.6? I really want to join CAL and compete. Any help please?

Go to CAL's site and when they open registration you can register.

Is Cal still down? When i went on last time it said operations were stopped. im at school so its blocked =(

I haven't ever seen it go down, just that they close team registration.

They closed any kind of registration. I tried to create a new account and it's blocked :S. I can't wait for them to start registration again.
